Punch Clock System is a MS Windows based time clock program for companies that want to get rid of their manual time and attendance sheets or a mechanical punch clock system. It can be installed and used on just one computer or can be installed on many computers to allow easy collection of time and attendance information.

Using the Software
Administrative Mode
When logged in as the administrator you may configure the software to suit your
company and payroll rules. Payroll reports, employee table, employee form,
employee timesheets, change employee id, and other preference.
What are Employees?
Employees in Punch Clock System are entities that represent your company employees. You may configure employees to be paid at certain rates, to accurate overtime by the day or week and so on.
Can I generate reports for payroll?
Yes. Punch Clock System can generate several reports suitable for supply to your payroll department.
How Flexible are Overtime Calculations?
Time Clock currently allows definition of a normal rate (per hour or salaried) and a single overtime rate (hourly or salaried). Calculations can be by day, by week, or both.
Can Punch Clock System Round Report Data?
Yes. Punch Clock System report can round to the nearest minute, nearest 1/10th of an hour, nearest 15 minutes, or nearest 30 minutes.
Can I See Who is In and Who is Not?
Yes. When using the employee time sheet you can see at a glance who is in and out. Alternatively you can print
a report the list of all employees.

I've Lost my License Key
No problems, it happens to everyone. You can retrieve your own license key just
by sending us an e-mail. You'll need to know the sales reference number of your original purchase to be able to do this. If you don't know the reference number then you can
email Punch Clock Software.
I'm getting an Error When Running Punch Clock System
No software is perfect and bugs will happen. If they do then please
email Punch Clock Software. We don't let bugs last long, and nearly all of our errors have been fixed in the next release. When an error does happen within the software you should be given an opportunity to email us the details.
