Punch Clock System allows you to use a
PC to record and report on employee work hours. It
completely replaces manual time card machines or your hand
written time and attendance records.

Main Screen of Punched Clock System

After installation, the server-side system runs.
Log-In Screen

By default all main features are locked. The only accessible
tool is the
Server-side bundy. Admin functions are locked for security
purposes. Default
Username is “Admin” and Password is “admin”.
View My Hours Window

View My Hours is the lists of employees timesheets. Set the
start
Date and End date then click on the employee list to display
individual timesheets.
Change My Password

Change My Password is simply changing the administrators
password.
Key-in the old password then type the new password. Username
will remain
As “admin”.
Payroll Reports

Payroll Reports is employees timesheet reports. Set the date
from
And to then click on the employee lists marking it with a check
sign.
The preview will depend on the report type settings if it is
summary or detailed.
Payroll Report Preview

Payroll Report Preview, this is a sample of print preview. The
settings is
Detailed. Please take note, detailed report is for 1 employee
only. The system can
Only generate one detailed report at a time. Whereas Summary
report will allow
You to select several employees to generate a report.
Employee Table

Employee Table, scroll on employees database. For viewing
purposes only.
Employee Form

Employee Form, in this window the admin is allowed to
add/edit/delete
An employees record. View their status, rate and job
information.
Employee Timesheet

Employee Timesheet, Set the start and end date, click on the
employee list,
His/her timesheet will be displayed. Remember to set the date
because the timesheet is
Triggered by date.
Add Employee Timesheet

Add Employee Timesheet, here the admin can add/edit/delete an
Employees timesheet record. Click on the time record to edit
then click on the
EDIT toolbar to set the time record.
Change Employee ID

Change Employee ID, a warning usually is displayed before
proceeding

Preferences

Preferences, this is where the admin sets the payroll reports.
Biweekly sets
The pay period to 40hrs, weekly is 20hrs and daily is 8hrs.
Report type is either summary or detailed.
